Drop In Schedule
All drop-in programs are free with a club membership. Children ages six and under must be accompanied and directly supervised by a guardian 16 years of age or older. Times are subject to change.
Please note: Drop in times extend during PA days.
After school snack
Got the munchies? The Boys and Girls Club provides a
free, healthy snack for the first 100 children every day after
school.

Room Descriptions

Ontario Early Years Centre (OEYC)
Programs, activities and learning opportunities for all children 0-6 years and their parent or caregiver.

Games Room
The games room is a fun place for members to hang out,
meet and interact with other members, all in a supervised setting. Participants will enjoy the challenges of billiards, setting. Participants will enjoy the challenges of billiards, foozeball, ping pong, and our famous Playstation 2 systems. An entertainment area for all ages.
Creative Room
A supervised program open on a drop-in basis for children.
Participants will enjoy a variety of creative arts and crafts.
Computer Room
Equipped with 24 computers and designed to familiarize
members with basic computer operations, programs and
the internet. A staff member is always available to provide
assistance.
Open Gym or Half Gym
The gym is open after school each day for a wide variety
of activities, including dodgeball, basketball, football and
soccer.
Swimming Pool
Open Swim – A great swim for everyone to enjoy and it’s free with a membership! *Open swims may be extended when lessons are not being offered.
Drop In Program Description
Bug Buster Clinic
The Bug Buster clinic provides head lice services for children and their families. If children and/or their family members are found to have head lice by the Hamilton Public Health Nurse at the clinic, low cost medicated shampoo and combs are available. Other clinic services include screening (head checks), treatment demonstrations, information from the Public Health Nurse, and time to talk with other parents.
Catch Kids Club
Come to the gym for fun and exciting new games. This program focuses on no competition everyone participates with no elimination. Children will develop higher self esteem while staying healthy and learning the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Cool Moves -
Stay in the building when it would be closed and play fun physical activities.
Tuesdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Community Access Program (CAP)
This program is a partnership between the federal , provincial and municipal governments that aims to make the internet more accessible. Come use the internet to search for jobs, prepare for interviews, and conduct research.
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 3:00 pm (all ages)
Flipside SK8 Park
Skate, grind and thrash on our portable skate park, Learn new moves and hit the rails with our trained staff and volunteers. Coming summer 2012 to a neighbourhood near you! All participants must wear a helmet.

Family Swim
Join in some family fun! Children and youth must be accompanied in the water and
directly supervised by an adult.
Aquafit
This is an amazing workout for adults and seniors to stay active and exercise in the water. Membership is required for morning aquafit, registration is required for evening aquafit.
Lane Swim
Swim is set up for continuous lap swimming. Members must be 18 years and older.
