    Ball Hockey


    New this year, develop the fundamentals of ball hockey through a combination of skill development sessions and games. There will also be opportunities throughout the year for games with other Boys and Girls Clubs and organization.

    Baseball


    Our summer baseball leagues focus on skill development, sportsmanship, being part of a team, and having fun. Leagues run from the mid-May to August and the $50 league fee includes a hat, team jersey, award, team picture, and year end banquet. A weekly practice, in additional to the game times below, will be scheduled by coaches at the beginning of the season. Please contact the club if you are interested in coaching or assisting with a team.

    FLAG FOOTBALL

    Through drills and scrimmages, your child will learn everything they need to know about football. The 7-9 year old group will learn the fundamentals of football: how to catch, throw, and the positions. The 10-13 year old session is a preparation for the intensity of high school football.

    FUNtastic GYMNASTICS

    This 10 week instructional program introduces participants to the basic fundamentals of gymnastics with an emphasis on floor work.

    Hamilton Basketball Association (HBA)


    This recreational basketball program allows boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 18 the opportunity to learn the game of basketball in a positive environment with an emphasis on skill development. There will be one practice per week with a game each Saturday. No experience is necessary. The $85 league fee covers the full season, playoffs, and a team shirt. Please contact the club if you are interested in coaching or assisting with a team. The following divisions of play are available at the Hamilton East Kiwanis Boys and Girls Club:

  • Squirt Boys & Squirt Girls (Born 2000 - 2001)
  • Pee Wee Boys & Pee Wee Girls(Born 1998 - 1999)
  • Bantam Boys & Bantam Girls (Born 1996 - 1997)

    Registration forms are available in the Athletics office. The cost is $85.00 (subsidies are available).

    Judo


    Develop self-discipline and respect for yourself and others. This practice of judo has been shown to enhance self-confidence and concentration as well as physical coordination, strength, and flexibility. Above all it develops a sharp reacting mind well coordinated with the same kind of body. Regular advancement through a series of certified belts encourages students to achieve more.

    Exercise your mind and body while learning the fundamentals of karate. Our instructors focus on developing discipline, respect and self control.

    Let's Get Moving

    Are you looking for a registered after-school program for your child during the week? Let's Get Moving is a free program that runs Monday through Friday throughout the school year at nine different schools, with a focus on active living, healthy nutrition, and personal health and well-being. Contact the Club or your school's office for more information.

    Learn the pretzel, double dutch and everything else to do with skipping. In this fun and active new program, participants will learn and practice routines as well as learn to work as part of a team.
